Car door panel repair

Repair of the car door panel was needed after the trim was torn off. Door cards began to look untidy, and the base of the MDF sheathing became sour from moisture and lost its rigidity. Door inserts can be upholstered in new fabric or eco leather. But I washed the old fabric well and pulled it back on. To remove the door card, you will need a flat and Phillips screwdriver, as well as a small wire hook. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two bolts securing the inner door handle and remove it. Using a hook, pry off the power window handle fixing spring and remove it. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry up the plastic door card and remove it. Unfasten the fixation chips of the insert and remove it from the animal card. To replace the base of the door insert, you can use plastic or MDF sheet 3 mm thick. Transfer the dimensions to the material and use a drill and a jigsaw to cut out the new base of the door insert. Then use glue to fix the new door card material to the base.
