Great sounding Conrail GE stops for a fast crew change, White Cottage, PA. 2/01/1990

We are on the Monongahela Railway at White Cottage, PA as we listen to the fantastic sounds of one of Conrail's old 6 axle GE's leading and SD50. Conrail 6640-6753 exits the White Cottage tunnel with a north bound Somerset coal train. The middle of White Cottage tunnel is the top of the grade. The train is slowed down for a crew change that takes less than a minute. Meanwhile! The loaded coal train of about 12000 tons or more is draped over the top of the hill.
