Austria is just hours into a full lockdown and will soon make vaccinations mandatory, measures that incited a massive protest in Vienna at the weekend. The quarantine is planned to last at least 10 days and could be extended, after the number of new infections tripled in recent weeks—with hospitals warning that intensive care units are reaching their limits.
