Wado Kata: Kushanku

In this video you can watch the ninth Kata in Kani Uchi’s curriculum: Kushanku. This form consists many techniques that are also present in the Pinan Kata and even in Bassai. In our Dojo, this Kata is the first Kata that is not centered around a specific grade. This means it is mandatory for anyone who wants to apply for first Kyu and also that it is largely self-study.
