Trout is a versatile fish - you can cook almost anything with it. Compared to red trout, white river trout is less fat, has much smaller sizes, and is not inferior to red trout in terms of usefulness. During smoking, any fish, let alone trout, turns into a culinary delicacy with a specific taste and aroma. Smoked river trout does not need a side dish, well, except for a few vegetables that do not interrupt the taste of delicate fish. Hot smoking of trout is carried out at a temperature of approximately 80°C, resulting in a very valuable and healthy product.
