THAT'S KILLIN' EPISODE FOUR - THE MASON BROTHERS Brad and Elliot Mason hail from Norwich, England, a quiet city 100 miles north of London. Their father, Barry Mason, a trumpet/trombone player and teacher, and their mother, Christine Vance, a jazz vocalist, introduced the young brothers early on to such greats as Dizzy Gillespie, Frank Rosolino, Duke Ellington, Miles Davis and John Coltrane. As individual players, Brad has played with Christian McBride Big Band, Diana Ross, John Mayer and Alicia Keys, while Elliot plays with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and has worked with Paul Simon, Willie Nelson and Crosby, Stills and Nash.
