I wanted to show you,what I wish to see in this episode. First of all, of course, how Elena will react,that she's alive, but as a vampire. What Meredith would say to her,when she wakes up. Second, it's Jeremy's reaction on this situation, cause we know,that he hates this stupid situation with vampires and supernatural stuff in his and Elena's life. But what he would do, if his only sister becomes one of them?! Third, if Elena became a vampire, she should wait for a serious explanation about that she met Damon first and why he made her forget that.
