Zebras and camels were successfully rescued after truck transporting the animals for weekend circus performances caught on fire on an Indiana highway. Police officers helped rescue the creatures, leading them as far away from the smoked-filled trailer as possible. Both officers were treated at a hospital for smoke inhalation and later released. None of the animals were injured. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office posted the rescue videos and photos on Facebook, captioning them with a message: ‘No harm to our furry friends.’
