Ten No Kata Shotokan Karate

Ten No Kata, found in Sensei Funakoshi’s book “Karate Do Kyohan“ is a rarely practised kata which holds many of the basic principles of Shotokan karate, using the stance Fudo Dachi with various blocks and counters. This was performed by members of the British Shotokan Traditional Karate Association
