I recorded object in space coming towards ISS from blackness of space.

Witness description: “I recorded object in space coming towards ISS from blackness of space. The Space Station was coming into the sunset (daylight) when this object appeared. It moved towards ISS above the orbit of ISS. The object at closest distance looked like 2 headlights, but that could have been sun shining from left of camera view of camera. Then it went back same direction and turned into a blue like flame. Then the feed got cut from camera.
