Free template here➜ A while ago I made a couple videos of how I made my son's Luke Skywalker costume for Halloween. I never did show the construction of the lightsaber, so here it is! It is made from a golf club protector tube, some aluminum tape and a few other bits and pieces. It is not totally accurate but it makes for a quick, good looking prop lightsaber.
