This is for all you die-hard Marilyn Monroe fans. I have been a fan of Marilyn Monroe since I was a teenager in the late 1950’s and I have read many books on her. Whether they were biographies, filmographies and even an encyclopedia on MM, the movie “The Walking Hills” (1949) has never been mentioned. Marilyn makes a brief “appearance” on a poster that is discussed. This was when Marilyn was under contract with Columbia Pictures where she made one film in 1949 (Ladies Of The Chorus), the same year this film was made, before she was “let go”. The movie is in the genre of “The Treasure Of The Sierra Madre” and is actually quite good. So ....all you Marilyn it ’s on youtube (so far)....enjoy.
