Dramatic surveillance footage showed the moment a car crashed into a cafe in Turin, Italy, on Monday, January 22. The incident happened around 9:30 am local time at the Reby and Gaia cafe, as customers were sat at tables inside. In the footage, one customer can be to be thrown back into the cafe by the car. A further angle shows the aftermath as customers tend to the injured man. Seven people were injured in the incident, with five being needing hospital treatment, local media reported. “We just want to be able to start working again peacefully and safely,” the cafe owner told Storyful. “We hope that the damages will be paid as soon as possible because otherwise we won’t know how to fix the damage and reopen the business,” they added.
