Billie Nielson, simply put, is an idiotic SJW. She (IF it is a she) is trying to trol Trump supporters with a picture of Kamala Harris wearing a McDonald's uniform. Turns out that picture was fake. It was Kamala's face superimposed on a white French Canadian woman who died of cancer. Andy Ngo has pointed this out. So clearly the trolling has backfired.
