What DJ Slimzee doesn’t know about dubplates probably isn’t worth knowing. Since contributing to the rise of grime and helping usher in a new age of pirate radio in the UK by hosting Rinse FM in his house, the Bow grime and garage master – real name Dean Fullman – has amassed a huge collection of dubs from Dizzee Rascal to Wiley.
