Hua Chenyu (Chinese: 华晨宇; pinyin: Huà Chényǔ; born February 7, 1990) is a Chinese singer, rapper, and songwriter. He is the winner of the Super Boy 2013 singing contest produced by Hunan TV, China. Hua is well known for his powerful vocals, dramatic stage performance and talents in composing. Hua released his debut album Quasimodo’s Gift in September 2014 whose sales volume had ranked Top 1 in the Jingdong Top 100 Annual Sales Chart (Music). His second physical album Aliens was released in December 2015. His first personal branded concert, “Mars“ Concert was held in Beijing on September 6 and 7, 2014. Mars Concert 2015 was also successfully held in Shanghai on July 31 and August 1 and 2, 2015. His first-ever Mars Concert Tour was held between July and September 2016, touring Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen respectively.
