Demonstrators in Lebanon again took to the streets, angered by an ailing economy that has taken further hits due to coronavirus lockdowns. They set ATM machines alight and hurled rocks at security forces as banks banned people from making withdrawals. The protesters blame the government for corruption, mismanaging the economy and only serving sectarian interests.
