In 2006, he graduated with honors from the Gnessin Academy Special Secondary Music School in Moscow as a pupil of Lidia Grigoreva. He currently studies with Sergei Senkov at the Gnessin Academy of Music. Mr. Dubov is a winner of international competitions and has participated in international festivals and toured throughout Russia and abroad. He played recitals in Duesseldorf, Rome, Padua, Saint Petersburg, Moscow, and in November 2010, he toured in Italy. He recently performed on the New Stage of Bolshoy Theatre and in Mariinsky Concert Hall. Andrei Dubov was mentioned in the Encyclopedia “Talented children – future of Russia”.
