Eira Löyly from above! Relieve some stress by exploring some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Helsinki, Finland from the bird's-eye perspective of a drone. Come with me to check out one of the finest neighborhoods of Helsinki, Eira! This small neighborhood is located in the southernmost tip of the peninsula of Helsinki, together with its neighbor Ullanlinna, and adjacent to Kaivopuisto - probably the best know park in town. Many houses in this neighborhood host embassies and high-class restaurants, and several are built in Art Nouveau style. The name of this neighborhood comes from the nearby Eira Hospital (located in Ullanlinna, by the small park), and which in turn took was named after Eir, the old Scandinavian goddess of healing. Our flight will begin above Sirpalesaari, which is an island right in front of Eira. We'll check out Café Carusel, Villa Ensi, the neighborhood's beach, and some of the nearby modern buildings.
