Ukraines defence on the edge Kyiv running short of troops to counter Russia along Dnieper

The Russian installed governor of Kherson has claimed that Ukraine does not have enough troops to launch an offensive on the left bank of the Dnieper river. In the recent days, the regions on the left side of the river have come under intense shelling from the Russian forces. Russia has been using a barrage of high-precision missile attacks here as part of its spring offensive. The fiercest fighting is going on Bakhmut, now being described as a ’killing zone’.
