James O'Brien speaks to journalist Noga Tarnopolsky to analyse the 'earth-shattering' report saying that the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu systematically 'foiled' talks to release hostages from Hamas captivity. Noga Tarnopolsky said: 'Every single time there was a chance to advance towards a deal, Netanyahu would keep treading water, because he believes if a deal is signed he will lose key members of his coalition and his government will fall.' 'Direct reports show that the office of the Prime Minister had been tampering with the protocols of the war cabinet meetings, and altering the transcripts of the top security phone calls that Netanyahu had been having. Obviously, everything I am outlining to you is completely illegal.' This comes after six months of Israel negotiating a plan for the release of Israeli hostages being held captive by Hamas.
