It is basically a dense espresso “ristretto“ style on top of sweetened condensed milk. . As for the ratio, it differs based on preference, the ideal ratio is one to one. . We found that using dark roast or medium roasted coffee beans with tasting note of chocolate and caramel will give the best results. . It is a very delicious beverage and can be described as “An espresso delight“ 🍬☕️😊 . Some places prefer to add foamed milk on top, as we did 👌 . . It is probably by far, our favourite sweetened espresso based drink. It is not your everyday drink, but definitely worth the try. Just make sure to mix it in order to get the best experience 💯 . . .
