SELF ADMINISTERED PROGESTERONE IN OIL INJECTION | Our Infertility Journey This video shares how I administer my own intramuscular progesterone in oil injection. For the last ~2 weeks ish Kevin has been administering my PIO shots. While I knew I could handle it on my own, it's nice having him do them. There is a new type of closeness that develops through the process. However it isn't realistic for us to always be together at go time. I had to administer my own the night before and nailed it like a boss! I hope this video helps ease any worry if you have to do your own PIO injection. Thank you for your support!
