In Japan and England, there are Ministries of Loneliness. Every year, people engage in sex less and less. Every 8th person in Moscow is treated for depression. Add to that the epidemic of anhedonia. And remember how we were all urged to socially distance ourselves? Well, there was no reverse campaign. As societies, we're still keeping our distance. People are lonely, unhappy, and feeling nothing, and they suppress it with the concept of self-love.
