When it comes to building biceps, Justin knows the simple exercises will get the job done. The preacher curl is a great example of this, and it’s one of Justin’s favorites because it’s an old school move, nothing fancy. Here Justin executes three working sets, and recommends focusing on a strong contraction with a controlled negative motion. While he prefers to do cable preacher curls, these can also be done with barbells or dumbbells.
