Filmed in Papine, Kingston 6 (Jamaica), but mixed at the Alambic Conspiracy Studio in Pordenone (Italy), “DubFiles at Song Embassy“ tells the story of the encouter between producer Paolo Baldini, his work team (consisting of artists Mellow Mood and Forelock, graphic novelist Davide Toffolo and anthropologist Icir Mimina Di Muro) and the music scene of the island; more specifically, that of a ghetto filled with talents which are often unheard of and underexposed to the mainstream media.
