Margaret MacMillan, warden at University of Oxford's St. Antony's College, professor of history at University of Toronto, and author of Paris 1919: Six Months that Changed the World, gives an overview of the Arab Uprisings, and discusses the history and political consequences surrounding the events in the region from the past year.
