The previous owner admitted to doing a very poor job in his attempt to paint this 100 year old Jacobean buffet. He said he never even finished it because he was not pleased with is work. It has been sitting in his attic for over 10 years because he had planned to refinish it. Since he was moving out of state, he decided that now was the time to give up on this project and hand it over to someone else. He actually “interviewed“ all potential buyers to ensure they had the skill and time to restore it properly. After he reviewed some of my videos, he decided that I was the right person to refinish this antique buffet that had been in his family since 1920. He gave it to me (for FREE) with the promise that I will strip it and stain it so the beautiful mahogany wood can be revealed.
