Brownsea Island, Dorset. L/S of boats moored in the harbour off Brownsea Island, L/S of Branksea Castle walls with the harbour in the foreground. L/S of the quayside cottages, there are two cannons in the foreground, Tony Capel, the island keeper, walks into the frame, he bends down to look at the cannon. M/S as he looks at it and writes something down in a book. L/S of the shore, C/U of waves rolling over pebbles. L/S of the sea, the camera pans up to show shrubs and trees on the island. L/S of trees and a field. The narrator reveals it is up for sale and would probably sell for about £250,000, it is currently owned by John Bonham-Christie who inherited it from his grandmother Mary. It is the island where Robert Baden-Powell started his first scout camp. Various shots of the exterior of the castle. M/S of the ornamental urns outside, C/U of a statue of an angel in disrepair. M/S of an old hut, the camera pans down to show an old trap, M/S of the front, the camera pans up to show the interior
