Russia’s security service chief has suggested that the UK, the US and Ukraine could have been behind an attack on a concert hall in Moscow that killed more than 130 people on Friday. Islamic State claimed responsibility for the shooting and US intelligence indicates ISIS-K, an Afghan branch of ISIS was behind the attack. This comes as Russia extends the arrest of Wall Street Journal journalist Evan Gershkovich until June, almost a year after he was first detained on espionage charges. Both the Wall Street Journal and the US government deny the charges, which could lead to a 20-year prison sentence in Russia. TalkTV’s Mike Graham is joined by Kremlin critic Bill Browder.
