A #Ukrainian drone attack targeted an oil refinery in #Tuapse, northeast coast of the #BlackSea, #Russia, causing a fire. @AtlasNewsTelegram The refinery, owned by the #Russian oil giant Rosneft, includes a port terminal, and primarily exports its products, with 90% of its output destined for international markets. The refinery has an estimated annual processing capacity of 240,000 barrels per day. Russian officials reported that no casualties occurred and nearly one hundred emergency responders managed to contain the fire. The blaze was attributed to falling drone debris by regional authorities, who accused #Ukraine of targeting civilian infrastructure.
