Masala Anda Pulao Cooking oil - 2 tbsp Boiled Eggs - 6 Bay Leaf 2 no. Black Cardamom - 2 Green Cardamom - 2 - 3 no. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Cloves - 4 - 5 no. Onion - 1/2 cup Tomato -1/2 cup Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Red chilli powder - ½ tsp ½ tsp Coriander powder - ½ tsp 1 tsp Garam masala powder - ½ tsp Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp Ginger Julienne - ½ tsp Green chilli - 2 - 3 no. Curd - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Salt to taste Rice - 2 ½ Cup Place a presser cooker on flame and pour oil. Meanwhile slightly cut eggs from all the sides. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to the eggs. Toast eggs in the spices, so eggs get coated properly with spices. Add eggs into the presser cooker and fry the eggs slightly. Remove the eggs into the bowl. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom, cumin seeds, black peppers, onion and sauté for 3 minutes. Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, salt and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, ginger julienne, slit green chilli, water, curd and mix the spices. Add chopped coriander leaves, soaked rice and mix. Now adjust water and add spiced eggs and mix slightly. Close the lid and cook till three whistle. Serve hot and garnish with coriander sprig.
