Let's try both services that run from Liverpool Lime Street down to Chester. I've got some time on my hands before my train home to Devon from Chester and I also have on day left on my North West Ranger ticket. They take just the same amount of time to complete the journey, so which one would you choose? Departure: Liverpool Lime Street, England, UK Destination: Chester, England, UK Transport for Wales Cost: Standard single, bought on the day £ / €7,60 Date of Travel: September 2023 Motive power: 2 x Class 153 single car DMU.
