These keto air fryer pork meatballs are made with ground pork, ginger, garlic, scallions, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. They are delicious and easy to make and will be ready in 15 minutes. We are going to serve them with a Thai peanut sauce which we will dilute with hot black tea and add garlic, ginger, chili pepper, soy sauce and fish sauce. The traditional sauce is made with brown sugar but we will not add any to this to keep it keto. It tastes wonderful anyway! You can make these with ground beef if you prefer. That will work as well.
