Just some short clips edited together so you can see how my home made snowscooter snowbike is made. I cut the snowboard with an angle grinder with a metal slitting disc gently through the edges, then rounded it off more with a flap disc, and then a DA sander. The new front mount is made from some bits of alloy TIG welded, as the old one was very heavy and flexed around too much as it used rubber bushings from a car.
