Biceps Workout Alternating Cable Curls • set the pulleys to a low position & attach a handle on each side. Stand in the middle of the system with a handle in each hand. Proceed to curl the handle into your body. Turn your wrist in towards your body as you do. Stop once the bicep is fully engaged. Alternate from one side to the other.
