World Rugby really has to throw out their current framework when dealing with dangerous hits. I have no idea how a hit like this is only yellow card worthy but they have no problem giving a red card for an accidental head on head clash. A hit like this where Josh Adams clearly ignores the ball and actively seeks out Johny Sexton to go in recklessly with his shoulder to hit Sexton with full force when he simply had no right to make the hit. How on earth is this just a yellow card but when two players accidently head clash it's a red card. Does World Rugby even knows how a player can suffer a concussion or are they under the illusion it's only from head to head clashes?
