We were in Playa Del Carmen and decided to go on a boat trip out to the island of Cozumel off the coast of the state of Quintana Roo and the Riviera Maya in the east part of Mexico. We recently came back to the Yucatan Peninsula after spending time in the west part of Mexico. We took the ferry in to San Miguel De Cozumel then payed 600 pesos for a snorkeling trip that would take us out to the famous El Cielo Beach where you can see starfish.
