Scientists have discovered the remains of a new species of duck-billed dinosaurs in Chile. Called ‘Gonkoken nanoi’, this previously unknown species took refuge in Chilean Patagonia. It grew up to four meters long and weighed about one ton. Following an investigation that lasted almost a decade after a Chilean Antarctic Institute (INACH) expedition, scientists managed to identify the new dinosaur species, and even digitally reconstructed its skeleton.
