This viral clip shows British journalist and filmmaker Myriam François pushing back on Sky News presenter Yalda Hakim, illuminating why the Houthi rebel group has blocked a key shipping route. François was responding to a question on whether the Biden administration should have acted sooner against Yemen’s Houthi rebels—officially known as Ansar Allah—who have been launching attacks against Israel-linked ships. The Houthis have said they will stop once a ceasefire is in place in the Gaza Strip and humanitarian aid is delivered to Gazans. François’ response seemed to have caught the news anchor off-guard.
