Titles read: “CINETOPICALITIES IN BRIEF“. Various locations of events. In a hospital in Illinois, United States of America, we see rows of babies in cots. A nurse takes the palm print of a (supposedly new-born) baby and the fingerprints of the mother, so they can identify which baby belongs to which mother. M/S of Dr Pond, in operating gown and hat, who introduced the system. Outside the hospital a nurse hands a baby in a blanket to its father and mother. In New York, United States of America, several shots of children at a school where they take most of their lessons outdoors. They sit on the grass and look at a blackboard, take their art class by a river where they can draw the things around them, learn to operate farm machinery and shear a sheep. They then seem to be building something beside with bricks and stones, to help with geometry, we are told. At the modern prison of Terminal Island in Los Angeles, California, we see aerial shots of the prison blocks taken from an airship. Prisone
