Putting in the work like the CHAMPS WE WILL BE AGAIN IN 2 DAYS! 🏆😘 @ferlanbaileyifbbpro put us through my favourite leg workout yet so I had to film it for you guys. Thank me after you try it. This is definitely a gym based one, not at home so protect yourself & wear a mask/ wash your hands!! LEGS: Triple set - 1️⃣A: leg focused dead lifts x 12 (sit back at the bottom of the movement, rather than the traditional bent over position) 1️⃣B: landmine squat x 12 1️⃣C: pistol squat x 10 each leg Go from 1A-B-C for 4 rounds then move on to.... Superset - 2️⃣A: Glute bridge HEAVY x 10 2️⃣B: single leg hip thrust x10 each leg X 3-4 rounds 3️⃣A: landmine hack squat x12 (dancing husband optional 😂 @theshawnspears) 3️⃣B: decline banded TKE x 12 3️⃣C: walking RDL X 20 X3-4 rounds CARDIO FINISHER: 6 rounds, 10 seconds - treadmill sprints. The treadmill is OFF! You have to turn it on by sprinting!! Happy Saturday! 🌞
