Posture and body position is a topic that can be discussed for days and days. Or rather years and years. That’s why personally I don’t like lessons specifically on the posture - because it’s a very complex thing, and work on it can last forever. Instead at every lesson I’m trying to to do a brief check up of what’s going to be most important for the exercises or elements which will follow and also pay attention to some specific aspect. And yeah, it’s not that we use exactly the same posture for dancing and exercising. And even while dancing or exercising, yet basic things are the same. And it’s good to know what can be different.
