Check out AutoDoc at the links below! In this episode, I finally show you the work that's been carried out at Rectidama. A great engine machine shop close to me. . Firstly the head is completely dismantled. It's then ultrasonically cleaned in preparation for a pressure test, which it thankfully passed. The block was then skimmed and it's cylinders polished. All of the parts that needed to be put back in were also ultrasonically cleaned. A small repair on the head was necessary as the coolant, and probably water mix had eroded away some of the coolant channel. The head was then skimmed again and the new rocker arms, valves, springs, eccentrics, seals, bearings and the rest of it was put, in the same way, they came out. The new piston r
