Full title missing, according to issue sheet it reads: “The Free State Army used all the latest arts of warfare at its first grand manoeuvres“. Wicklow, Eire (Southern Ireland, Republic of Ireland). M/S of troop of Irish soldiers marching down country lane. M/S of soldiers getting up from lying in undergrowth. M/S of soldiers lying on grassy verge, the point their rifles over the top. Various M/S of group soldiers kneeling behind hedgerow; some fire rifles over top, one looks through binoculars, an officer walks past to inspect proceedings.
