CHANEL signed an exclusivity contract with the Mul family to preserve the culture of the rose de mai and the jasmine in Grasse for their unique olfactive qualities. I filmed this last may, during the harvest of the rose. Teep! Teep! Teep! Hear the noise of the rooses that are cut and then processed in the little factory just meters away so nothing is lost of their scent.
