* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * San Diego, California — On August 11, 2023, at 3:12 a.m., three San Diego Police Officers responded to an apartment complex at 3435 Lebon Drive on report of a vehicle burglary. The 911 call was placed by a security guard who reported that two men, driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck, where breaking into cars in an underground parking garage. Officers arrived and blocked the only exit of the parking garage with their patrol cars. The screeching tires of the F-150, later determined to be stolen, alerted officers to suspects. The two occupants of the F-150 ran on foot, as the only vehicle exit was blocked. Three officers initiated a foot pursuit. The passenger in the F-150 ran North. He was not immediately apprehended.
