At the end of a decade characterised by pumped up muscular action heroes who could take a hundred punches to the head before winning the fight, along came Segal to end the 80s in bone crunching ways. His pony tail may have been questionable, he didn’t motivate you to hit the gym, and he ran like a child who’d had his dinner money stolen.
