Scapular dyskinesis can wreak havoc on your shoulders. Remember that 💯% of people with impingement have abnormal scapula movement. 😱 The scary part is, like most injuries, it’s quite often there before it ever causes pain. In fact, 76% of healthy college 🏈⚾🏀 athletes have scapular asymmetry without symptoms. Some known contributors are pec minor tightness and slouched posture.
