INSOMNIA Relief Mind and Body Rejuvenation Black Screen, Delta Waves

We are happy to present you our newest INSOMNIA Relief Nusic. The idea behind this video was to create a relaxing background atmosphere to convey peace and relaxation. We used binaural beats mixed subtly and periodically with the music to target Delta Waves (continuous binaural beats sounds tend to saturate the ears leading to headhacke). Delta brainwaves, mimicking the sleep state, allow you to rejuvenate both your mind and body, regenerating the needed chemicals you up use while awake. Reaching a deep level of relaxation, you can easily rejuvenate your body and mind, ridding them of stress.
